License Key Shipping
License keys are shipped electronically via email in less than 24 hours after the order is received and should be used with the downloaded software. Contact me if you haven't receive the key in 24 hours (weekend included) or the key doesn't work properly.
License Key Resend
Here at Nokisoft we keep all customers' registration keys. If you reinstall Windows and the registration key is lost, just send me a Email - I'll resend the key.
If Noki doesn't work for a backup file, you can send me a bug report. I'll respond in 8 hours.
A Note on Spam Filter
Some email server severely filter all emails from hotmail.com as spam. To receive license key in time, you can:
1) Add my mail (abrash_han@hotmail.com) into your contact list to avoid filtering. or
2) Check whether the mail is wrongly dropped into the spam box. or
3) Send to my Gmail abrash.han@gmail.com . or
4) You can also post in the Noki forum to query the order fulfillment. or
5) Complain to RegNow at their support page. They will contact me to solve the issue.
